The 78 x 30 ft stage will offer the opportunity for plays, lyceums and special speakers. The facility will have state of the art sound and lighting equipment as well as a 12 x 12 projection screen. There will be 406 theater seats on the main floor, and an additional 270 telescoping seats with a maximum capacity of 676. The 22,600 square foot structure also includes new band and choir rooms, practice areas and two dressing rooms. Construction began early May of 2009 and is expected to be completed in April, 2010, according to Superintendent Dr. Stephen Schulte.
